The path in four steps
- Take the free test yourself. About 15 minutes. Know the experience your clients will have.
- Get certified, once. $1,998: six core modules, the 90-minute advanced module, the examination and your certificate. Your dashboard unlocks.
- License to practice, yearly. $998 a year: use the ICA with paying clients, teams and hiring, and be listed in the practitioner directory.
- Practice. Clients take the test on their own device, send you their results in one email, and appear on your dashboard.

How do I become an ICA practitioner?
Certify once, then license yearly. Certification is the one-time qualification: training, an advanced module, an examination and a certificate. The license lets you practice the ICA with clients and organizations. The practitioner path.
How do I open the practitioner dashboard?
After you certify or license, we email you a personal access code. Open the free test, online or in the offline file, choose "Practitioner access" at the bottom and enter your code.
Can a team or company certify several people?
Yes. Each person certifies individually, because the certificate and dashboard access code are personal.
